Posture Therapy Works

Posture therapy focuses on your body as a unit and treats the cause of your pain, not the site of the pain. Often, the only way to get complete pain relief is by correcting your postural imbalances using posture therapy. Treatments like surgery, braces, and injections, are designed to treat your symptoms. At most they are are only going to offer temporary relief because they are not correcting the cause of your pain – your postural alignment.

We work on improving your posture through a series of gentle, corrective exercises that are generally easy to remember that almost anyone can do. As your posture changes, your exercises will change to address the deviations that we believe are causing your pain.
